A properly installed EPDM roof typically lasts 30-50 years. It’s UV-stable, flexible in cold weather and has no seams across the main area, which is where old felt roofs usually fail.
Both are excellent. EPDM is flexible and ideal for larger, simple flat roofs; GRP gives a harder, walk-on finish that suits balconies and dormers. We’ll recommend the right one for your roof.
